Delivery and payment

1. Making time

Every journal is handmade after your payment arrives. Making it takes 1 working day; we then ship it and email you a tracking link.

2. Delivery methods and costs

We ship within Poland only:

• InPost locker: 16,99 zł
• Courier: 19,99 zł

The delivery cost is added to your order and shown before payment.

3. Payment

You pay in advance online through PayU S.A. (Poznań). After clicking “Order and pay” you go to PayU’s page and choose a method, such as BLIK, an instant bank transfer or a card.

You have 15 minutes to pay. During that time we reserve the materials for your journal; after it, an unpaid order expires.

We issue an invoice if you tick “VAT invoice” in the order form and enter your NIP and company name.
