Cookie policy

1. What cookies are
Cookies and browser local storage are small pieces of data saved on your device that let the site work, for example by remembering your basket.
2. Only what is necessary
We use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. We store only what the shop and the services you ask for need, so under Polish electronic communications law your consent is not required. If we ever add other cookies, we will ask for your consent first.
3. What exactly we store
- ashleyh_customer (cookie, ours): keeps you signed in after verifying your number by SMS, to show your orders and fill in your address. Lasts 30 days and cannot be read by scripts.
- ashleyh-builder (local storage, ours): your basket and the number of an order you started, so they survive a page refresh. Stays until you clear your browser data.
- PayU (on PayU’s payment page): payment happens on PayU’s own page, which uses its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud. See PayU’s privacy policy (payu.pl).
- Cloudflare Turnstile (when verifying your number): a check that tells people from bots; it may store technical data needed for that check. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy (cloudflare.com).
- InPost (when choosing a locker): the locker map provided by InPost. See InPost’s privacy policy (inpost.pl).
4. Managing them
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the necessary ones may stop you ordering; deleting them signs you out and empties your basket.
